How do I place an order?
Browse products, add to cart, and checkout with your phone number. You'll receive a confirmation SMS.
Do you deliver across Tanzania?
Yes. We deliver same day in Dar es Salaam and Mikoa Mingine (Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Mbeya, n.k.). For locations outside main cities, delivery takes 1–2 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Vodacom), Mixx by Yas (Tigo Pesa), and Cash on Delivery in Dar es Salaam. See our How to Buy & Pay page for the full details and QR codes.
How do I pay for my order?
After checkout, we'll send you payment instructions via WhatsApp. You can pay via:

Is delivery free?
Yes — free delivery in Dar es Salaam for orders starting from PC 4.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds.
