✅ Return Policy
- 7-day return window from the day you receive your order.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- You must have your order confirmation SMS or receipt.
- Shoes must be tried indoors only — no outdoor wear marks.
- Clothing must have original tags attached.
💰 Refund Process
- Contact us via phone or WhatsApp with your order number.
- Send a photo of the item and describe the issue.
- We'll arrange pickup or ask you to drop off at our shop.
- Once received and inspected, we process the refund.
- Refunds issued within 3–5 business days via Mobile Money or bank transfer.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged by misuse or accident
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (hygiene)
- Items without original packaging or tags
